Bull Market Clicker — Account Deletion

This page lets you request deletion of your Bull Market Clicker game account and associated data from Jcorpandieth SASU. You do not need to reinstall or sign into the app to send a request.

Sans accès à l'application : écrivez à jcorpandieth@gmail.com avec l'objet « Suppression du compte Bull Market Clicker », votre pseudo et le compte Google concerné. Nous vérifierons que vous êtes bien titulaire du compte, sans jamais vous demander votre mot de passe.

La suppression efface définitivement votre profil actif et votre progression. Certaines traces techniques, de sécurité ou de vérification d'achats peuvent subsister, ainsi que des copies dans les sauvegardes, selon les critères décrits dans la politique de confidentialité. Vous pouvez également demander l'examen et l'effacement de ces traces. Votre compte Google reste intact.

Nous répondons à la demande sous un mois. Une prolongation motivée de deux mois au maximum est possible dans les conditions prévues par le RGPD, avec information dans le premier mois.

1. Delete directly in the Game

  1. Sign in to the Google account associated with the game save you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings and find Delete my game account.
  3. Select Delete, then confirm with Delete permanently.

A successful deletion removes the active account immediately and signs you out. If the server cannot be reached or an error appears, the deletion is not confirmed; retry or use the email route below.

2. Request deletion without the app

Email an account deletion request to jcorpandieth@gmail.com.

Use the subject Bull Market Clicker account deletion and include your display name, the Google account used to sign in and which test or game environment is concerned, if known. If possible, write from that Google account's email address. The address alone does not prove ownership; we may request additional proportionate verification. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens or payment card details.

We respond within one month. If a complex or numerous request requires an extension of up to two further months under the GDPR, we explain this within the first month. We confirm the outcome and explain any data that must be retained and why. You can also request deletion of particular data without deleting the whole account.

3. What happens to your data

Deletion removes your active profile, avatar, balances, progress, holdings, positions, orders, votes, personal histories, in-game support messages and notification data, and revokes game sessions. Progress cannot be recovered through the Game.

Market history can remain with your player link removed. Limited deleted-account markers, referral references, administrative audit records and pseudonymous purchase-verification records can remain, as can separately managed logs and server backups managed by OVHcloud. The current version does not automatically expire every residual record. Their purposes, retention criteria and your right to request review or erasure are explained in Privacy Policy — Retention.

Uninstalling the app, signing out or clearing browser storage does not delete server-side data. Deleting Bull Market Clicker data does not delete your Google or Google Play Games account or records independently held by Google.
