Bull Market Clicker — Terms of Service

Welcome to Bull Market Clicker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the fictional stock market simulation game ("Game"), available through a compatible web browser and an Android application, and provided by Jcorpandieth SASU ("we," "us," or "our"). The Android application is publicly available on Google Play.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Game. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled; accepting these Terms does not give consent to optional data processing.

If you are under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, you may not use the Game. Minors must obtain a parent or legal guardian's consent where required by applicable law.

2. Game License

Subject to these Terms and applicable software licences, you may access and use the Game on a compatible device for personal entertainment.

You must respect intellectual property notices and must not distribute or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Rights granted by applicable law or a separate licence remain unaffected.

3. Account and Authentication

Sign in with Google to associate progression with your account. Your Google password is not given to us. Where available on Android, a Google Play Games nickname may be used as your initial display name; otherwise a generated trader name is used. You can change your display name in the Game.

Protect your Google account and device access, and choose a display name and avatar that respect other people. Your display name is not proof of your real identity. Switching Google accounts may open a different game account.

You may delete your game account in settings or request deletion without the app using our account deletion page. Deleting a game account does not delete your Google account.

4. Virtual Currencies and Trading

The Game uses fictional coins, diamonds, OctetCap, companies, shares, and orders. These are game resources with no cash-out or redemption for real money and do not represent investments in actual companies. OctetCap is a simulated in-game currency, not a blockchain asset or an external cryptocurrency. The Game is free to download; optional Google Play purchases, where available, are described in Section 7.

  • Coins are earned through gameplay and used for fictional shares and upgrades.
  • Orders execute against available orders from players and automated trading accounts operated by Jcorpandieth. These bots have their own virtual capital and holdings and submit orders to the same order book. They can affect prices and liquidity and are not independent human players. Their presence does not guarantee execution or a profit.
  • Orders may execute partially or remain pending; reservations, fees, expiry, short-position charges and liquidation rules apply as displayed in the Game.
  • A closed market can accept orders into its order book without execution. A blocked stock does not accept trading actions. Scheduled introductions may permit purchases before normal trading opens.
  • Passive income is capped after the last activity; the cap depends on your progression and is shown in the Game. Dividends, referral bonuses, mining and upgrades follow their displayed rules.
  • The tutorial uses a separate practice budget. Names, logos, news, and reports are fictional or parodic and do not imply affiliation with real companies.

The Game is entertainment, not financial advice. Material changes to gameplay or the virtual economy will be explained; urgent security corrections may take effect immediately.

5. Game Saves & Hosting

The Game's production server is hosted on an OVHcloud VPS in Beauharnois, Québec, Canada, administered by Jcorpandieth. Server backups are managed directly by OVHcloud. Development and internal test environments remain separate. Provider details are available in our legal notice and data locations in the Privacy Policy.

Progress is stored by the game server. A connection to that server is required; installing the Game as a web app does not make all features available offline.

The public production economy is separate from test environments. Test accounts, progress, portfolios, rankings and test purchases do not transfer to it. Participation in testing does not reserve virtual assets in the public release.

Maintenance, bugs, balancing and security corrections may affect availability or require progression changes. We will explain significant changes or necessary resets in advance where possible. This does not waive mandatory legal rights or authorize the arbitrary removal of future paid entitlements.

6. Leaderboard and Fair Play

Leaderboards display player names, avatars and virtual scores. Trade histories may show your display name; the option to hide your name in transactions does not hide your leaderboard entry. See the Privacy Policy for visibility and referral information.

Do not manipulate rankings through unauthorized access, exploit bugs, bypass rate limits, or use abusive automation. Jcorpandieth's authorized trading bots are excluded from player leaderboards.

Authorized game interfaces, accessibility tools, and legitimate administration of your own installation are permitted. Measures taken against abuse must be proportionate; you may contact us to request review of a restriction.

7. Optional Purchases, Advertising & Notifications

Where available in the Android app, optional diamond packs can be purchased through Google Play. The pack contents and uses are shown in the Game; the purchase price in your currency is supplied by Google Play before confirmation. Website or in-game reference prices do not let you make a purchase. We do not receive your payment card details.

Diamonds are credited after the server verifies the purchase with Google. Pending or unsuccessful payments do not credit diamonds. For a delivery problem, use the purchase recovery control in the shop or contact us. Purchases made with Google Play test payment methods are not charged; being enrolled in a testing track alone does not make every payment a test payment.

For a refund request, contact us or use Google Play's refund process. Applicable withdrawal rights, legal guarantees and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If Google refunds or revokes a purchase, the corresponding diamonds, including its bonus, are removed. If they have already been spent, the diamond balance may become negative and further spending is blocked until subsequent diamond gains or purchases restore the balance.

The current version does not display advertisements. Optional advertising tracking would require the applicable notice and consent.

Optional system notifications can alert you to executed orders and the end of a passive-income period. They can be controlled per device in settings. Delivery depends on your device, browser, network, and server availability and may be delayed or unavailable. Consult the Game for the current state of your orders.

8. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Game in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game, its servers, systems, or networks.
  • Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, malware, or other harmful or disruptive material.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Game or its related systems.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other players or any person associated with the Game.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use the Game to transmit any unsolicited advertising, spam, or promotional material.
  • Exploit any bug, glitch, or design flaw in the Game for unintended advantage, and you agree to report any such issues to us promptly.

Community Rules

Respect for these community rules is a condition of access to the Game. They apply to display names, profile pictures, and all content you share in the Game, including any chat or mini-forum features if and when they become available.

You must not publish, display, or share:

  • Threats, encouragement of violence, graphic violent content, or content that glorifies harm to people.
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content, sexual harassment, or any content that sexualizes or exploits minors.
  • Hate speech, calls for hatred, discrimination, or violence against people based on characteristics such as origin, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Bullying, targeted harassment, humiliating attacks, or the disclosure of another person's private information without permission.
  • Impersonation, scams, spam, or content that infringes another person's rights.

We may remove or restrict content that breaches these rules, request a change of display name or profile picture, and temporarily suspend or permanently block the offending account. Measures depend on the severity, context, and repetition of the breach; serious violations may lead to immediate blocking.

To report a violation or request review of a moderation decision, contact us using Section 14 and provide the relevant context. We will explain restrictions when possible and consider review requests. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual Property

Protected Game content belongs to its respective rights holders and is subject to applicable licences. These Terms do not override rights granted by law or by those licences.

You may share gameplay screenshots while respecting other players' privacy and without presenting yourself as an official representative. Fictional company identities do not indicate endorsement by real businesses.

10. Liability

We take reasonable care in providing the Game, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or the absence of bugs. The Game continues to receive updates.

Each party remains responsible under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, applicable legal guarantees, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time and delete your account or request deletion. Uninstalling the Android or web app, signing out or clearing browser storage alone does not delete server-side data. Deletion permanently removes your active game progress; the Privacy Policy explains the limited records that can remain.

Access may be restricted where necessary to address a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a security issue. Restrictions will be proportionate and reasons provided when possible; you may contact us for review.

If the service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice where possible. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence.

You may contact us to seek an amicable resolution. This does not prevent you from contacting a competent authority or bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Jcorpandieth is a member of CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), our appointed consumer mediator. After first sending us a written complaint, if you do not receive a satisfactory response, you may refer the consumer dispute to CM2C free of charge, subject to the applicable admissibility conditions.

13. Changes to These Terms

When these Terms change, we update the date above and publish the new version. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, except where urgent action is necessary for security or legal compliance.

Any agreement required for new paid features or optional processing will be requested separately. You may stop using the Game if you do not accept revised Terms.
